Difficulties concern not only the selection of words, but also more important cases when you have to choose from a large number of capabilities. Scientists offer those who are inclined to constantly worry, two ways: take special medications that enhance the processes of inhibition, or consciously limit the number of options under consideration in order to avoid brain overload in situations of choice.
